MEET THE LAN TEAM

The LAN Team, a five-person executive group, oversees the large-scale operations of the partnership, including: curriculum, academic achievement, operations, contracts, data analysis and research, professional development, and new initiatives. They are joined by the on-campus leadership team, which is comprised of six principals that oversee the day-to-day school operations at our Leadership Academies.

ABOUT ALEX

In his role, Seltzer supports school principals, handles contract negotiations and maintenance, oversees budgets, and manages relationships among TXWES, FWISD, and academy schools. He works closely with vendors, community partners, and non-profit foundations to build educational opportunities for all LAN students and schools.

Pride is responsible for the design and implementation of K-8 Literacy and Social Studies curriculum/instruction. She works with instructional coaches, develops data-informed instructional strategies,  establishes assessment best practices, oversees academic professional development, and assists in the creation of annual school improvement plans.

In her role as Operations Coordinator, Mulligan supports program management, operations, and events, while serving as the LAN liaison for partners across the community. She manages all professional development efforts, including the annual LAN retreat for executive and campus leadership teams, and convocation, as well as back-to-school events.

ABOUT ROBERT

Pacleb leads all LAN academic quantitative research efforts, which underscore the LAN program design,. creating a comprehensive structure for data management processes. In addition to reporting on education initiatives and opportunities for improvement, he oversees all facets of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).
